Harden did not travel with the Rockets last week when most of the team, coaches, and staff arrived at the ESPN / Disney World Complex in Orlando, Florida. No reason has been given for why Harden did not travel with the team last week; however, Head Coach Mike D'Antoni told the media he hoped Harden would arrive soon - "sometime this week".
Harden will have to quarantine in his hotel room until he tests negative two times at least 24 hours a part in order to begin practicing with the team.
The Rockets have practiced four times (July 11 - 14) without Harden, Russell Westbrook, and newly signed forward Luc Mbah a Moute.
Monday, Westbrook announced he has tested positive for COVID-19; and, he'll join the team when his medically cleared to travel.
