Rice Owls Tim Harrison and Addison Owen Named to NABC Honors Court

The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) announced its 2019-'20 Honors Court Wednesday, with Rice duo Tim Harrison and Addison Owen earning the distinction for the second straight year.
In order to be named to the NABC Honors Court, student-athletes had to meet a set of standards that includes being either a junior or senior, a cumulative 3.20 or higher grade point average at the conclusion of the 2018-19 academic year, and have matriculated at least one year at their current institution (which must be a Division I, II, III or NAIA member).
Harrison saw action in 81 games in his career, averaging 2.0 points and 1.4 rebounds. He is a four-time member of the C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll who majored in Psychology and Sports Management.
Owen is a four-time C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll member. The Atlanta, GA, native saw action in 15 games at Rice. He majored in History and Sports Management.
