Rice Owls Women's Basketball Game Versus Texas Southern Canceled

The Rice Owls women's basketball team announced Friday's home basketball game against Texas Southern has been canceled due to COVID-19 related issues within the Tigers' program.

The Owls and Tigers were set to play for the 21st time in program history.

The Owls, out to a 3-0 start and coming off a win at Texas Tech, are currently scheduled to host the Louisiana Ragin Cajuns next Wednesday, December 16, at 2 p.m. insided Tudor Fieldhouse.
