Hutchins attended IMG Academy during the 2019-'20 season. He graduated high school from Park School in Buffalo, NY. According to Miguel Rodriguez of the Buffalo News, Hutchins was a four-year starter at Park and helped lead Park to the 2018 state federation crown as overall champion of New York, averaged 20.6 points, 5.5 assists, 5.0 rebounds and 2.5 steals per game in helping the Pioneers win their second consecutive Manhattan Cup and state Class A Catholic championship.
Hutchins has very good court vision; and, he's a willing passer and a solid threat from three-point range. He's also a good defensive player.
From Corey Evans III at Rivals.com:
Rice with a very nice late year pickup. Tough minded guard that can think the game in Noah Hutchins https://t.co/FqNbtfYLyV
