Iowa State's Audi Crooks (co-player), West Virginia's JJ Quinerly (co-player) and BYU's Delaney Gibb (freshman) were voted for the final Big 12 women's basketball weekly awards of the 2024-25 season.
Crooks averaged 32.5 points and 9.0 rebounds while leading the Cyclones to a pair of victories to close out the regular season. In the 98-73 win at UCF, the center from Algona, Iowa scored 29 points while adding eight rebounds, four assists and a block, while sinking a career-high 11 free throws. The sophomore had a season-high 36 points with 10 rebounds as ISU defeated then-No. 14 K-State 85-63, shooting 14-of-18 from the floor, marking her second consecutive game with over 75% shooting. It is her third player of the week selection of the season and the fifth of her career.
Quinerly notched a pair of 30+ point games, finishing the final week of the season with averages of 34.5 points, 4.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 2.5 steals. The Norfolk, Virginia native tied a WVU program record with 38 of the Mountaineers' 75 points in the 29-point win over Utah. The senior guard followed with a 31-point, 7-rebound, 7-assist performance at Cincinnati, as the Gold and Blue cruised to an 85-69 win. It marks her fourth player of the week honor in her career and her second of the season.
Gibb won her ninth weekly honor in the past 11 weeks and is in sole possession of the second-most freshman awards in Big 12 history with 10. The guard from Raymond, Alberta had a 36-point double-double against Utah, adding five assists, two steals and a block. She added eight points, eight rebounds and six assists in the midweek game against Kansas. For the week, she averaged 22.0 points, 9.0 rebounds and 5.5 assists while shooting 51.6% from the field.
