Baylor's Darianna Littlepage-Buggs (player) and BYU's Delaney Gibb (freshman) garnered weekly Big 12 women's basketball honors following the 14th week of the season.

Littlepage-Buggs averaged 22.5 points on 78.3% shooting with 11.0 rebounds in Baylor's victories over Houston (92-47) and BYU (83-71), helping the Bears move into a three-team tie atop the league standings. The junior from Oklahoma City had her seventh-career 20-point game against BYU and her 10th double-double of the season. Littlepage-Buggs dished out a career-high six assists at UH and had only one turnover in each appearance during the week. On the boards, the top 10 candidate for the 2025 Katrina McClain Power Forward of the Year Award matched or exceeded her opponent's offensive rebounds in both games on the way to securing her first career Big 12 Player of the Week honor and her ninth overall league weekly award.

Gibb led all league freshmen in points (40) and assists (10) during the week. The Raymond, Alberta native averaged 20 points, 5.0 assists, 5.0 rebounds, 2.0 steals and 1.0 blocks as the Cougars took down UCF and faced Baylor in Waco. Against the Bears, the guard led BYU in points (21) rebounds (6), assists (5) and steals (4). This is Gibb's sixth weekly award in the last eight weeks and her seventh overall Freshman of the Week recognition, tied for the third most all time.
