OU's Skylar Vann and ISU's Audi Crooks Earned Big 12 WBB Week 12 Honors

Oklahoma's Skylar Vann (player) and Iowa State's Audi Crooks (freshman) were voted for Big 12 women's basketball weekly awards for the 12th week of the season.

Vann averaged 20.0 points and 9.0 rebounds per game, leading the Sooners to wins at No. 10 Texas and Kansas. At Texas, the forward from Edmond, Oklahoma scored 19 points with 12 rebounds, and added two assists. Vann had a 21-point, seven-rebound performance against Kansas, including two key 3-pointers. For the week, the senior shot 62.5 percent from the field to earn her second career Big 12 weekly award and the first for any Sooner this season.

Crooks captured her fourth weekly honor and third freshman of the week nod after averaging 25.0 points and 12.0 rebounds in two road games. At Kansas, the Algona, Iowa native scored 25 points, setting a career-high, then matched it three days later at No. 24 West Virginia. She added a career-high 16 rebounds in Morgantown, while shooting 8-of-15 from the floor.
