"We sell the family culture. We sell our administration. That was a major piece for the young lady who transferred from Xavier - just come some where the administration knows your name.

"Once you get here, it's hard not to love it."

"The graduation piece is easy because we've had 100 percent graduation rate since I've been here."

"The winning has shown for itself; so, we don't have to sell 'you'll get a ring.' More than likely, you should get a ring. That's the expectation.

"But, the bigger thing is we want you to be great people; and, we want you to be around good people."
