"We're looking forward to it; and, a lot of people won't say this; but, I am pushing the team to get to the Sweet Sixteen this year. That's the destination for us.

"You've got to a have a bold life and be a risk taker to ever accomplish things in life. I don't ever think that you can sit back and play weak teams and expect to be able to beat great teams.

"I don't ever think that you can sit back and go on the job, do average work, and expect to be promoted.

"I don't think that you can ever go in life and expect to do great things and you don't have a great mindset or a great attitude or a great work ethic to be able to get things done. So, again, it starts in the mind."

"I'm pushing them; and, our destination is to get to the Sweet Sixteen."

"The players 'are excited to hear about it'.

"At some point in life you had to have a point to where you develop an edge because of the doubt, the naysayers, the haters, however you want to form it; and, I have a team full of those. Just like me. And, we're out to prove people wrong."
