Katelyn Crosthwait commits to Rice Owls

Katelyn Crosthwait, 5'10", junior guard, Washington High School, in Washington, Oklahoma, announced she will continue her basketball (and academic career) at Rice University.

This past season, Crosthwait (Class of 2019) averaged 24.0 points per game in 2017-'18 for the Lady Warriors' high school basketball team. Crosthwait was named to The Oklahoman's Little All-City girls basketball roster (Second Team).


After her sophomore season, Crosthwait was named to Tulsa World's First Team for Class 3 A basketball.


Crosthwait plays her grassroots basketball for the Oklahoma Swarm.
