Rockets Present Taco Tuesday Lunch to Houston Emergency Center Staff

Tuesday, Houston Rockets staff accompanied the "Taco Me Crazy" food truck to provide free lunch to employees at Houston Emergency Center (HEC) in a show of appreciation.

The "Taco Me Crazy"” food truck operates from Rockets owner Tilman J. Fertitta’s local Cadillac Bar restaurant. Last week, the truck provided free lunch to volunteers at Houston Food Bank.

The HEC is a $50 million facility equipped with state of the art emergency communications technology. The center's most significant benefit is the common protocol for interagency transaction exchange between 9-1-1, Police, Fire, EMS, and Emergency Management.
