Rockets Face Spurs in Pair of Preseason Games

HOUSTON – The Houston Rockets will play a pair of preseason games against the San Antonio Spurs to open the 2011-12 campaign. Houston begins at ToyotaCenter on Saturday, December 17, with a 7 p.m. tip vs. the Spurs. The Rockets then travel to San Antonio for a game at 7:30 p.m. on December 21.

The Rockets will offer special pricing for individual game tickets to the preseason contest on December 17, including $20 tickets in the lower bowl and $10 upper-bowl tickets. All proceeds generated from individual ticket sales for the San Antonio preseason game will be donated to local charitable organizations.

Individual tickets for the December 17 game will go on sale beginning Tuesday morning, December 6, at 9 a.m., at Toyota Center Box Office, online at www.rockets.com or by calling (713) 627-DUNK (3865).

Full season ticket packages are currently available. The first 100 fans to reserve their season tickets by December 10 will receive an exclusive Kevin McHale autographed basketball.
