Today, Kelvin Sampson, Houston Cougars Men's Basketball Head Coach, announced the Coogs will face Alabama in a home-and-away series beginning in 2020-21.
The Cougars will face the Crimson Tide on Dec. 19 inside Coleman Coliseum in Tuscaloosa, Ala., for the 2020-21 season. Alabama will make its first trip to Houston to compete in the Fertitta Center during the 2021-22 campaign.
The 2020-21 match-up will be Houston's first meeting against Alabama since the 1979-80 season with the Cougars owning a 3-1 lead.
