Coogs Announce Walk-On Tryout Procedures

POSTED: August 27, 2019 -- 5:45 p.m. CT

Current University of Houston students who are interested in walking onto the Houston Cougars Men's Basketball program MUST attend a meeting at 3 p.m., Wednesday, September 4, on the second floor of the Guy V. Lewis Development Facility.

Prior to attending the September 4 meeting, interested students must ensure that they are currently enrolled in 12 hours on the UH main campus. Students who meet that criteria must then fill out the Tryout Compliance Review form and bring it with them to the September 4 meeting.

Eligible students who complete the criteria above will be notified by a coaching staff member of the future time, date and location of on-court, walk-on tryouts and other necessary steps.
