James Dickey, Houston Cougars head coach, at 2011 C-USA Basketball Media Day

Tuesday, October 11, Houston Cougars head coach, James Dickey, attended the 2001 Conference USA Basketball Media Day in Irving, TX, and spoke with the media about his expectations for his 2011-2012 basketball team.

Coach Dickey details what he expects from Darian Thibodeaux, the lone senior on this year's UH squad; as well as, his expectations for the eight newcomers.

"I'm really excited about our team. We're going to be young. We know we have eight new guys. We've got some veterans coming back in Tip (Thibodeaux) who played for us last year. We expect him to provide leadership on and off the court."
