Stealth loses to Fury, 92-60

February 18, 2004
The first place Houston Stealth (6 - 4) met the third place Dallas Fury (5 - 4) for the second time this season, this time on the Dallas home court on the campus of the University of Texas at Dallas, but this time the tables were turned as the Fury defeated the Stealth 92 - 60.

This was the first meeting between the Houston Stealth and their former teammate, Sheryl Swoopes who shot 5 for 12 for 16 points. The near-capacity crowd (822) saw 4 players for the Fury shooting in double figures. Anna DeForge scored game high 18 points, Sheryl Swoopes and Cheryl Ford had 16 apiece, and Felicia Ragland knocked down 10. The Stealth had three shooters in double figures - Octavia Blue (12), Tamicha Jackson (11), and Cynthia Cooper (10).

Only Cheryl Ford pulled off a double-double with game high 10 rebounds to go with her 16 points. Tammy Jackson was the top rebounder for the Stealth with 6.

The Fury offense proved too much for the Stealth to handle as they shot 50% from the field to the Stealth's 28%.

The Stealth and the Fury are both still undefeated on their respective home courts.
