Dream Selects Saint
NEW YORK, NY -- Sancho Lyttle (a.k.a "Saint") was selected by the Atlanta Dream with the first pick in today's WNBA Dispersal Draft of Houston Comets players.
The Washington Mystics chose Matee Ajavon with the second pick while Mistie Williams was chosen by the Chicago Sky with the third pick. The Minnesota Lynx selected Roneeka Hodges with the fourth pick while the Phoenix Mercury chose Sequoia Holmes with the fifth pick. Erica White was selected by the Indiana Fever with pick number six and Renae Camino (Australia) was picked by the Sacramento Monarchs at the seventh spot.
No other eligible players were selected in the Dispersal Draft because the other six WNBA franchises each chose to pass.
Unrestricted free agents who were not eligible for selection included Latasha Byears, Mwadi Mabika, Hamchetou Maiga-Ba, Michelle Snow and Tina Thompson. These players, along with anyone not selected in today's Dispersal Draft, may begin negotiating with any team once the free agency period begins on Monday, December 15.

I feel like throwing up. Four championships in a row picked clean, with the bones and loose braids swept under the rug...Just another execution for Harris County, TX.

Well said Silverstreak...it was Thanksgiving all over again for other teams and the Houston Comets fans ended up in the garbage. That's how I feel right now...the Comets’ fans are WNBA garbage.
I have mixed emotions...anger, disgust, sadness, and sometimes feelings of "don't give a (insert your own expletive)".
