Val Joins SASS
HOUSTON, TX -- Former Rice Owls center Valeriya Berehzynska has signed a seven-day contract with the WNBA's San Antonio Silver Stars.

I'm glad to see Val getting this opportunity. I didn't realize Rice head coach Greg Williams was Becky Hammon's coach in college. Interesting!
