TSU set to name Head Coach
HOUSTON, TX -- This evening, Charles McClelland, Texas Southern University's Athletic Director, verified on KCOH 1430 AM (http://www.kcohradio.com/) what The HRR was told this past weekend -- TSU will name a new head coach of women's basketball Wednesday, July 16.
Mr. McClelland appeared on Sports Rap and said TSU will name its next head coach "tomorrow". McClelland also stated the coach "is a she".
McClelland did not announce the name of the head coach on the air.

I heard him say that yesterday too. Also he did say SHE has local ties...... Hmmmmm, I wonder who this could be. Although the rumor mill is going strong with Coach Cooper, it is also showing towards someone from our neighboring state.

True, she said that at the PVAMU NAA Convention that she would be there at least another year.
