Helgeson's Earns C-USA Honor

After a pair of Conference USA wins, Stephanie Helgeson of Southern Miss has been named C-USA's Women's Basketball Player of the Week. Helgeson took UAB for a career-best 26 points in the upset victory, after guiding the Lady Eagles to a 20-point win over Memphis. She averaged 19.5 points and 7.0 rebounds pre game, while shooting an impressive 62.5 percent from the field and 81.8 percent from the free throw line.
