Qualifying offers and core designations have to go out between the Atlanta Expansion Draft (Feb. 6) and Feb 11.
Teams and players can negotiate (but not sign) from Feb. 12 to Feb. 18.
Teams and players can sign contracts and offer sheets beginning on Feb 19.
