BU's Tisdale and ISU's Bolte Earn Big 12 Honors

Angela Tisdale (Baylor) was named Big 12 Women's Basketball Player of the Week while Kelsey Bolte (Iowa State) was chosen Rookie of the Week by a media voting panel for games of Jan 14-20.

Tisdale was honored for the first time in her career while Bolte was recognized for the second consecutive week.

Tisdale averaged 21 points and five rebounds last week in Baylor's victories over Kansas and 11th-ranked Oklahoma.

Bolte averaged 20 points and 7.5 rebounds per game in contests against Texas and Nebraska last week.
