Comets: 12/07/07
Recently, I spoke with Hilton Koch, owner of the Houston Comets. Though our talk was "off the record" -- nothing recorded -- I will post a few things of interest:
Hilton told me ticket sales and sponsorships are going well because the organization now has time (compared to the late start this past season) as well as staff to concentrate on contacting people and businesses to encourage (and urge) them to support the Comets.
The Comets' organization has set a goal to sell 3,000 season tickets for the 2008 season.
Lastly, Hilton told me he'd like to talk with me as much as possible in the future regarding news about the Comets.
