    OU has gone a scoring run to start the second half and stretch their lead to ten (48 to 38) after a lay-up by Chelsi Welch.

    OU really raised their defensive pressure.

    OU has a ten point lead despite Courtney Paris scoring just five points on 2 for 4 shooting.

    Leah Rush leads the Sooners with 17 points followed by 14 from Jenna Plumley.

    During the previous timeout, I spoke with Wooly Hatchell. Coach Hatchell was a former assistant coach at Rice University on Cristy McKinney's coaching staff. He's now an assistant coach at Louisiana-Lafayette. La-La is a #11 seed in this year's tournament and they're facing #6-seed Marquette in the game following the OU - SEMO ball game.

    SEMO's Sonya Daugherty leads all scorers with a game-high 25 points (8 for 16) while OU's Lead Rush lead the Sooners with 19 points.

    OU has 10 turnovers while SEMO has turned the ball over five times.
