Grass Roots Hoops vs. High School Hoops
ESPN's "Outside the Lines" discussed the topic of grass roots basektball versus high school basketball in terms of which side has the greater influence over kids when kids decide which college / university (and even in some cases which high school) to attend.
I'm not as involved in the summer circuit as much as I used to be (or as much as I'd like to be); but, this is a very, very interesting topic.

AS everything else it's all about the money. We know that this has been going on for years and now someone did not get their share of the coin and it's a big topic. I'm old school and I believe a young person should be in school for an education first and the sport second. Not everyone is going to the next LeBron.
