Rockets vs. Hornets tonight
In just a few minutes, the Houston Rockets go for win number 18 in a row. The Rockets (41-20) will play the New Orleans Hornets (42-19).
A few quick notes:
Rockets forward Carl Landry will not play tonight due to swelling in his knee. He's expected to miss a couple of games.
The Rockets signed forward Mike Harris to a 10-day contract; and, waived guard / forward Gerald Green.
Earlier today, the Rockets signed center Justin Williams to a 10-day contract. Williams takes the roster spot which was created after the previous 10-day contract of guard / forward Bobby Jones expired Friday.
Time for tip-off.
