Francis to Award Five Scholarships
In addition to all the love the Rockets are rightfully receiving from the media for their 17-game winning streak, Steve Francis deserves some recognition.

Tomorrow, Steve will release the 2008 Brenda Wilson Scholarship Applications to high school seniors from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston.
The Scholarships are awarded in conjunction with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston to high school seniors who have demonstrated leadership, character, community involvement and academic commitment. Since 2004, The Steve Francis Foundation has awarded twenty (20) Brenda Wilson Scholarships.
The Brenda Wilson Scholarship Program was created in 2004 in honor of Steve Francis' mother.
