Mavs' Howard, Nugs 'Melo Replace Yao, Boozer
Today, NBA Commissioner David Stern announced Dallas Mavericks forward Josh Howard and Denver Nuggets forward Carmelo Anthony will replace Western Conference All-Stars Utah Jazz forward Carlos Boozer and Houston Rockets center Yao Ming.
