Comets re-sign Tari Phillips

I'm quite surprised by this move by the Houston Comets:

Houston Comets Head Coach and General Manager Van Chancellor announced today (March 22) that the team has re-signed center Tari Phillips to a free agent contract. Per team policy, terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

For fans who are still keeping track, the Rockets have 14 games left in their regular season...
