T-Mac: Yao is the best center in the league
I've said it before. In fact, I mentioned it Friday evening to some friends before the Rockets and Knicks played: Yao Ming is the best center in the NBA.
I know some people will disagree; but, I know two people who definitely agree. The first person has to be Eddy Curry of the New York Knicks. Curry was dominated (and embarrassed) by Yao Ming Friday night in the Rockets 103 to 94 victory. Yao blocked at least four of Curry's shot attempts in the first half alone. Yao finished the game with 35 points; 17 rebounds; and seven blocked shots while Curry finished with only seven points and five rebounds.
The second person who agrees with me is Tracy McGrady.
Listen for yourself... T-Mac: "...best center in the league..."
Yao Ming and the Rockets play the Miami Heat (and Shaquille O'Neal) this Sunday, November 12, on ESPN. Tip-off is set for 7p.m. (CST).
